Working Relationship Report

To run a Belbin Working Relationship report, two individuals will need to have their own Belbin Team Role Self Perception Report. The Working Relationships Report can then be generated and it compares key elements of the two reports, side by side, to help identify how the individuals might work together as a pair.

Some partnerships can work well together and others may require help or guidance to work together more effectively. Belbin provides a “common language” which helps to depersonalise conflict in a working relationship.
