A Belbin GetSet Report provides an overview of of behavioral strengths and potential weaknesses for people who are at an early stage in their career or who are pre-employment. Typically aimed at people in the mid teens to mid twenties age range, GetSet provides an insight to the different roles each person should play in a team to be most effective and highlights potential gaps or overlaps across the different Team Role behaviours.
