A Belbin GetSet Report provides an overview of behavioural strengths and potential weaknesses for people who are at an early stage in their career or who are pre-employment. Typically aimed at people in the mid teens to mid twenties age range, GetSet provides an insight to the different roles each person should play in a team to be most effective and highlights potential gaps or overlaps across the different Team Role behaviours. The GetSet report is particularly useful for use for secondary school pupils, apprenticeships, college, university students and paid or unpaid work placements.

Belbin GetSet helps individuals to understand the unique behavioural qualities they have to offer in an easy to understand way. GetSet Reports have been specifically designed to suit secondary school pupils (typically from 16 years +), apprentices, college / university students, paid or unpaid work placements, or anyone that may be pre-employment.

Belbin GetSet reports are in a practical, work book format and supporting materials are available for teachers, apprentice providers or lecturers to help understand strengths, improve team / group working, enhance communication skills, build confidence and much more.
