9 Belbin Team Roles

Belbin Reports provide practical, evidence-based insights into how people behave in teams. Whether you’re building a new team, resolving conflict, making hiring decisions or developing leadership, Belbin Reports help you unlock individual and collective strengths – and put them to work.

Rather than focusing on personality or job titles, Belbin Reports explore Team Role Behaviour; the contributions people naturally make in a team environment.

The result?

Better collaboration, clearer communication, and stronger team performance.

What Are Belbin Reports?

Belbin Report Analysis

Belbin Reports are built around the Belbin Team Role model – a world-renowned framework developed by Dr Meredith Belbin that identifies nine key behavioural roles people adopt in teams.

Each report is based on the Belbin Self-Perception Inventory and can be enhanced by feedback from colleagues (known as Observers) for a 360° view of someone’s behavioural strengths.

Belbin Reports help individuals, teams and organisations make more informed decisions by highlighting what people do best – and how they can work better together.
