9 Belbin Team Roles

A Belbin Get Set Report provides an overview of of behavioral strengths and potential weaknesses for people who are at an early stage in their career or who are pre-employment. Typically aimed at people in the mid teens to mid twenties age range, it provides an insight to the different roles each person should play in a team to be most effective and highlights potential gaps or overlaps across the different Team Role behaviours. The report is particularly useful for use for secondary school pupils, apprenticeships, college, university students and paid or unpaid work placements .
